Washington, D.C.—Congressman Joe Neguse will join a bicameral Congressional Delegation to Madrid, Spain for the 2019 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, known as COP25. He will be joined by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, the Chairs of the House Committees on Energy and Commerce, Natural Resources, Science, Space and Technology and the Select Committee on the Climate Crisis. He is the only Coloradan to attend the international convention.
