Wednesday’s virtual panel on the true cost of climate change was hosted by the Colorado Fiscal Institute and the Environmental Defense Fund and featured Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet and Congressman Joe Neguse as panelists. Neguse represents Colorado’s second congressional district.
