Washington, D.C. — Congressman Joe Neguse (D-CO) and Representative Ken Buck (R-CO) introduced a bipartisan resolution to designate April 2023 as “National Native Plant Month.”

Lafayette, CO — Today, Congressman Joe Neguse announced that the University of Colorado Boulder has been awarded $9 million in federal funding for their innovation driven research on solar technology. This project was one of 19 selected nationwide and was part of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)'s $52 million investment in America’s domestic solar supply chain and energy grid; which includes funds allocated through the historic Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Lafayette, CO — On Thursday, April 6, 2023, Congressman Joe Neguse will hold a Routt County Town Hall in Steamboat Springs, to hear from Coloradans about the issues that matter to them. Congressman Neguse will provide a legislative update and answer questions from the audience. Routt County became part of Colorado’s 2nd Congressional District after redistricting in 2021.

Washington, D.C. — Today, Congressman Joe Neguse announced the introduction of “Ally’s Act,” his bicameral, bipartisan legislation to ensure private insurance companies cover osseointegrated hearing devices (“OIDs”), including bone anchored hearing aids (“BAHA”) and cochlear implants. Representatives Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) and Mike Thompson (D-CA), and Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) joined the reintroduction.

Lafayette, CO — Today, Congressman Joe Neguse, the representative for most of Colorado’s northern Front Range, penned a letter to Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg requesting that the Department of Transportation (DOT) support Colorado’s Front Range Passenger Rail Project. Specifically, Rep. Neguse called for the Front Range Passenger Rail to be included in the Federal Rail Administration’s newly constructed Corridor Identification and Development Program (CDIP).

The Reforming Broadband Connectivity Act would strengthen funding mechanisms for the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Universal Service Fund (USF), which promotes universal access to broadband and other telecommunications services.
