Washington D.C.— Congressman Joe Neguse will attend President Biden’s first formal address to a Joint Session of Congress, Wednesday April 28, 2021 at 9:00pm ET. Due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, only a limited number of lawmakers from the House and Senate were invited to attend the address in person.
“I’m honored to attend President Biden’s first Joint Address to Congress, and to represent Colorado in the House Chamber for this important moment,” said Congressman Joe Neguse. “In his first 100 days in office, President Biden has taken great strides to crush the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 200 vaccination shots have gone into the arms of Americans, and countless families and communities are receiving the relief they need through the American Rescue Plan. I look forward to hearing more from the President on his plans to support our communities as we emerge from the pandemic and build back better.”
