Washington, D.C.—Today, Congressman Joe Neguse and Congressman Ben Cline (R-VA) introduced the Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment and Technical Corrections Act, to allow small businesses to restructure debts in light of economic hardships associated with the Coronavirus pandemic and for other purposes. The bill is led in the Senate by the U.S. Senators Grassley and Durbin.
