Press Release

Washington D.C.Congressman Joe Neguse will hold town halls in Estes Park and Fort Collins on Monday January 7th to discuss the ongoing partial government shutdown with constituents.

"Every day that President Trump insists on keeping the government closed, federal workers are facing increased economic uncertainty and government agencies lose their ability to plan out the work that needs to get done,” said Congressman Joe Neguse, “Anything less than fully reopening all government agencies is a threat to the health and well being of American families. It is important to me that during this time I be accessible to the constituents of the 2nd district to assist them, answer questions, listen to their concerns and ensure we are doing all we can to reduce the burden this shutdown is causing to so many.”
