Congressman Joe Neguse Announces Senior Staff Hires and District Office Openings
Washington D.C.—Today, Congressman Joe Neguse (CO-2) announced senior staff hires in his Washington, D.C. and district office. Lisa Bianco will serve as his Chief of Staff in Washington, D.C., Sally Anderson will be the District Director and Deputy Chief of Staff based in Fort Collins, and Boulder City Councilwoman Jill Grano will be the Director of Community Affairs based in Boulder. Grano will be resigning from the Boulder City Council, effective today.

Congressman Neguse has already opened a district office in Fort Collins (1220 S. College Avenue Unit 100A, Fort Collins, CO 80524) , and is working to open a second district location in Boulder to open mid-January. Further details on the Boulder office opening will be forthcoming.
Lisa Bianco was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and graduated from East High School. She attended The George Washington University. She has worked on Senate, House and presidential campaigns throughout the country. She previously served as Chief of Staff and District Director for former Maryland Representative John Delaney, as well as working for five years for Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer as his campaign manager and Maryland political director.
Sally Anderson previously served as the Political Director for Joe Neguse for Congress. Before that she was the Development Manager for New Era Colorado, the nonprofit founded by Congressman Neguse that engages young people in our democracy through voter registration and voter turnout. Anderson is a University of Colorado-Boulder alumni, graduating with a major in International Affairs and Community Leadership and is currently based in Fort Collins.
Jill Grano is a former Boulder City Councilwoman. She has lived in Boulder, Colorado over 11 years. She has served as the Vice Chair of the City of Boulder Board of Zoning Adjustments, owned her own business and has served on the boards of several nonprofits. Jill is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a degree in Political Science.
